The Dortmund Sparkassen Chess Meeting 2006 took place in Germany 29th July - 6th August.
1-2. Vladimir Kramnik, Peter Svidler - 4.5/7; 3-5. Michael Adams; Peter Leko; Boris Gelfand - 4; 6. Arkadij Naiditsch - 3.5; 7. Levon Aronian - 2; 8. Baadur Jobava - 1.5.
R6, R7: Kramnik crushed Jobava in 15 moves, then - Leko in 48.
R5: Boris beat Jobava in 113 moves. Leko beat Aronian in the rook endgame.
R4: Adams had 2 extra pawns and beat Gelfand in 117 moves.
